Managed Care Companies
We advise our managed care company clients on the regulatory and licensure issues unique to managed care organizations. We have particular expertise in counseling health maintenance organizations participating in Medicaid programs. Additionally, we have represented clients in the acquisition of managed care organizations and worked with them to successfully navigate the state agency approval process.

Providers
For our health care provider clients, we negotiate and develop provider agreements and work with them to effect the implementation of such agreements.

Managed Care Litigation
We have successfully represented managed care companies in antitrust price fixing, breach of contract and other claims both in civil litigation through trial and appeal as well as successfully arbitrating such disputes.
