TC Again Earns High Ranking in The American Lawyer Mid-Level Associate Survey

For the third consecutive year, Thompson Coburn LLP earned high marks in The American Lawyer’s Mid-Level Associate survey: As part of a field of 157 law firms of various sizes across the U.S., Thompson Coburn was ranked 10th in the survey. More than 6,500 associates with three to five years of experience took part in the survey, evaluating their own firms in 12 areas. As part of the survey, associates were asked to rate their firms in areas such as training and guidance, relationships between associates and partners, benefits and compensation, billable hours policies, attitudes toward pro bono work and many others.

Thompson Coburn earned an overall rating of 4.28 on a scale of 1 to 5, positioning the Firm in the survey’s top 10 law firms for the second consecutive year.
