Reviewing your GE Completers List: A practical approach

Aaron Lacey July 14, 2016

As many postsecondary administrators are aware, institutions have until July 28, 2016, to review their Draft GE Completers Lists and to submit any corrections to the U.S. Department of Education. The Department, trade associations, and institutions all are in agreement that it is extremely important that schools review this data to ensure that it is complete and correct. Reviewing the data, however, is much easier said than done. Institutions of all sizes are finding the process to be significantly time-consuming and, at times, challenging.

With this in mind, Thompson Coburn higher education attorney Aaron Lacey recently wrote a step-by-step guide for Career Education Review titled, “Evaluating Your GE Completers List: A Practical Approach.” As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about the process.
