Jennifer leads the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a nationally recognized leader in corporate and finance law. She has spearheaded complex deals, including venture lending and public company finance. Her achievements have been recognized in industry publications including the Best Lawyers in America report and the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top 100 Attorneys.
Daniel focuses his practice on complex business litigation, representing banks, financial institutions and businesses in complex cases involving fraud, breach of contract, discrimination and employee misconduct. Beyond his legal work, he’s actively involved in pro bono services and community outreach.
