Examining Title VI Compliance for Institutions of Higher Education

Webinar

Institutions of higher education that receive federal financial assistance must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin.

We invite you to join us for a special, 90-minute webinar on December 10, 2024, during which we will discuss Title VI Compliance for institutions of higher education. In particular, the webinar will outline the history of Title IV and its regulatory requirement, and provide an overview of significant guidance documents and resolution agreements published by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Finally, the webinar will consider how Title IX compliance and enforcement may occur under the forthcoming Trump administration.
