The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Jennifer Post, Managing Partner of the Firm’s Los Angeles Office, to the LA500 for 2020, a list of the Most Influential People in Los Angeles. This is Jennifer’s third consecutive year on the list.
According to the Business Journal, the LA500 honors “the most influential leaders and executives in Los Angeles,” and highlights “the work that took place and the progress that was made in the months before Covid-19.”
Jennifer was one of only 46 attorneys included on the list. Notable members from the finance industry on the list include representatives from Avante Capital Partners, Saban Capital Group Inc., Thiel Capital and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. Other distinguished honorees include Mayor Eric Garcetti, JJ Abrams and Beyonce Knowles.
Jennifer serves as primary outside counsel to a variety of individuals, institutions and companies, including entrepreneurs, startups and investors, as well as domestic and international public companies. She also represents investment entities including venture capital firms in their formation, fundraising efforts, governance and maintenance, as well as their transactions with emerging companies including complex investment structures, exit transactions and restructurings.
