Thompson Coburn announced today that Chambers USA has named 11 practices and 31 lawyers among its 2024 list of leading lawyers for business in the United States.
New recognitions for 2024 include the firm's national higher education practice, which has established itself as a go-to resource for legal guidance and representation in the higher education sector. The group recently underwent a significant expansion, adding four partners with strong litigation and transactional experience. Also ranked nationally again is the firm's energy practice, which is recognized as a practice and in several individual rankings.
Each year since 1990, firms have been ranked across a number of categories and evaluated by Chambers researchers and peer review.
Thompson Coburn's complete rankings include:
National
Illinois
Missouri
Beyond the practice rankings, 31 of the firm's lawyers received individual designations:
Clients shared with Chambers that "Thompson Coburn is an exceptional and full-service law firm that can handle complex and sophisticated matters." Another added, "I have never worked with a more service-oriented and responsive firm than Thompson Coburn."
