Thompson Coburn’s Dallas office was established in early 2020. This office houses experienced attorneys who serve a wide variety of industries, including Financial Services, Media & Internet, Agriculture & Food, Health Care, Energy and more. Serving a diverse pool of clients, our Dallas office represents major corporations, banks, and hospitals. Our attorneys support clients on an array of matters, including state and federal litigation and appeals, white collar investigations and defense, health care transactions and regulatory issues, and bankruptcy litigation.
The founding partners of our Dallas office share the Firm's commitment to impactful civic and charitable endeavors. In a major pro bono effort covered by The New York Times, The Atlantic and ProPublica, our Dallas attorneys Elizabeth Myers and Jenny Ecklund represent sexual assault survivors in a federal class action against the Austin Police Department and the Travis County District Attorney’s Office over alleged failures in the investigation and prosecution of sexual assaults.
