Alex Pennetti has litigated a broad array of commercial and business disputes across the country, from the pre-litigation phase through trial. His litigation experience spans state and federal courts, as well as arbitral forums including the AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. He has served clients of all sizes, from high-net-worth individuals to Fortune 20 companies.
Given his experience as coordinating counsel, trial counsel and, in some cases, local counsel, Alex offers a unique array of perspective that couples a strong understanding of business needs with an in-depth knowledge of local practice.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Alex worked as an associate at law firms in Dallas, including an employment and commercial litigation boutique and a global law firm. He previously served in the United States Air Force.
