Ali Rafferty represents public entities, investment banks, and lenders in all types of public finance transactions. In addition, she works on senior living finance matters and tax and development incentives.

She is experienced in various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and bank counsel. Ali routinely represents underwriters and financial institutions in public debt offerings and private placement transactions, and municipal and school district borrowers in connection with ballot initiatives, general obligation bond issues, revenue bond issues and lease financings.

Ali represents parties in senior living developments and in Chapter 100 and other financings securing tax and development incentives by maximizing financial strategies to benefit her clients. Her practice encompasses nonprofit and general corporate matters, indicating a well-rounded approach to legal and financial counsel.
