Allyson Coyne provides corporate clients with practical solutions in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and a wide range of corporate matters.
Allyson has experience representing public and private company clients in all aspects of M&A transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of stock and assets, leading M&A due diligence and drafting definitive purchase and ancillary agreements.
In her securities compliance work, Allyson assists clients with continuing reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as advising on governance trends and exchange listing requirements.
Allyson’s corporate practice also includes a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including establishing new business entities, preparing organizational documents, and reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Allyson enjoys collaborating with clients to document commercial transactions while providing creative and effective legal solutions to protect clients’ interests while meeting their business needs.
In addition to her corporate practice, Allyson assists clients with transactions related to tax credit and incentive programs such as New Markets Tax Credit transactions and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions.
Allyson’s previous experience includes working at a boutique law firm in Chicago, where her practice focused on M&A transactions, commercial transactions, and financing.
