Amy Dygert Stansfield advises employers on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation packages and other benefits. She assists clients with plan qualification and compliance issues.

Amy combines systematic research and her experience preparing IRS filings to provide solutions to employee benefit questions and concerns. She is particularly focused on health and welfare benefit plan compliance, including recent developments on mental health parity and transparency requirements. She enjoys working with employers to design benefit options tailored to the needs and interests of their employees while also helping to relieve the stress employers face when trying to comply with extensive federal and state requirements. She also has significant experience reviewing and negotiating service provider agreements.

In addition to working directly with employers, Amy assists deal teams by conducting due diligence on employee benefit plan compliance. She provides thoughtful guidance to help parties reach practical solutions.
