He also works with the firm’s publicly traded clients on crafting public disclosures, ensuring compliance with securities laws and listing rules, and conducting internal investigations.
Bill also provides guidance to investors participating in private placement transactions and supports early-stage clients in entity formation, strong governance fundamentals, and a solid foundation for future fundraising efforts.
Before obtaining his law degree, Bill was an investor with a state-sponsored early-stage investment fund. Today, he leverages this experience in providing tailored, efficient solutions that meet unique client needs.
After work, you can find me in Forest Park playing Gaelic sports or in the back of the pack with the Dogtown Run Club. This year I am cooking my way through Fuchsia Dunlop’s Every Grain of Rice and the Leung family’s The Woks of Life. True to my northwestern Missouri roots, I frequent the 36 HWY corridor and spend Sundays rooting for the Chiefs.
