With more than 40 years of experience representing municipal electric systems, Bonnie has covered a wide range of electric industry issues, including market design for Independent System Operators, compliance with market conduct rules, transmission rates and policy, interconnection and power resource transactions.
Bonnie advocates before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and U.S. Courts of Appeals and in ISO/RTO stakeholder proceedings, as well as participating in transactional negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
