Christina is among a select group of attorneys who represent colleges and universities in Title IX matters, including representing clients in administrative mandamus actions. She also represents employers in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.
