Chris Williams assists clients in navigating the complexities of financing transactions that are subsidized by tax credits.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Chris was an associate in the Business Group at a national law firm in Chicago where he advised clients on private fund formation and general corporate matters. Before transitioning to a career in law, Chris served as a submarine officer in the United States Navy where he completed two overseas deployments and eight strategic deterrence patrols.
During law school, Chris worked as a law clerk for the St. Clair County State’s Attorney, served as a student attorney at Washington University’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and was a legal extern at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on my children at their sporting events. I am a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs.
