In his diverse transactional practice, Clint Hansen guides financial institutions in structuring and documenting an array of domestic and cross-border deals. Bringing more than two decades of experience to his practice, Clint represents both lenders and borrower, with an emphasis on the middle-market business sector and Midwest-based institutions. He always strives to find the most efficient solutions to resolve problems and move deals towards their closings.

Clint handles a wide range of commercial and industrial loans and syndications and advises in asset-based lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities, equipment leasing, and purchase money security arrangements. In addition, he assists clients in all aspects of lending arrangements secured with multiple types of collateral, including loans with real estate components, and also counsels lender clients in bankruptcy, default, workout and forbearance issues.

As a Certified Public Accountant and former auditor and financial consultant, Clint thoroughly understands financial statements and collaborates effectively with finance and business professionals to help clients meet their objectives. To best protect and further his clients’ interests, Clint builds strong relationships with those he represents. Clients appreciate his responsiveness, excellent work ethic and ability to offer adept guidance in many kinds of deal financing issues.
