Crystal Campbell is a litigator who defends large corporations in civil litigation. She also defends major railroads in a range of litigation and maintains a strong appellate practice.
As a member of the firm’s Railroad practice, Crystal advocates for major railroads and other corporations in cases involving personal injury, contract, property damage, class actions and administrative matters. Her experience includes acting as part of the trial team appearing before the Missouri state courts to win defense verdicts. She also handles appeals in Illinois, Missouri, and the Eighth and Seventh Federal Circuits.
Crystal draws upon her experience preparing complex trial motions and briefs to establish herself as a skilled appellate attorney. She often leads the way in researching complex or novel issues of law to ensure her clients are uniquely positioned for success during difficult matters.
