Dan Cox is a litigator handling sophisticated business, tort, product liability, intellectual property, and class action defense cases.
While Dan concentrates his practice in the trial of lawsuits in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, he represents a wide range of clients across the country, including as national and regional counsel for a number of Fortune 200 companies. Dan represents multi-national clients in addition to small and mid-size clients in complex legal and litigation matters.
Dan started his legal career as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., representing the United States as an Honor's Graduate under the Attorney General's Honors Program. For four years, he successfully defended the United States in environmental and toxic tort suits brought in federal courts throughout the country.
