Daniel represents a diverse client base in a broad range of real estate matters, including the development, financing, leasing, acquisition and sale of commercial real estate.
He has experience with both landlord and tenant sides of leasing work, mechanics' lien and bond claim matters, as well as foreclosures and loan restructuring.
His work also includes the recent successful completion of a large-scale development with hotels, apartments, retail, and park space, providing legal advice throughout the process including financing, corporate organization, and construction contracts.
