Danielle Ullo represents unsecured creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, lenders, debtors and other parties in interest in a wide range of restructuring and reorganization cases. She has previous experience in the Banking and Commercial Finance practice group.

While in law school, Danielle served on the executive board for the St. John’s University School of Law Moot Court Honor Society and was a staff member on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.

Before joining the firm, she interned in the office of the corporate counsel at Estée Lauder and the office of the general counsel at Henry Schein. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gary R. Brown for the Eastern District of New York.
