Libby has tackled a range of antitrust issues, including Sherman Act Section 1 and 2 claims related to conspiracy, refusal to deal, exclusive dealing, and monopolization. Libby also provides guidance on cybersecurity and privacy issues to ensure her clients are thoroughly protected in today’s digital world.
Libby earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. She also served on the Moot Court board and graduated with honors as a member of the Order of the Barristers. She concentrated her studies on cybersecurity and privacy, and she holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E (Europe), and CIPP/A (Asia) Certifications.
