Beth Landgraf coordinates and analyzes all aspects of due diligence, including matters relating to title, survey, zoning and environmental. She prepares closing documents and assists with closing and post-closing work.

Beth has extensive knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and understands the nuances involved in ordering and reviewing searches and preparing UCC financing statements.

She prepares and files entity organizational documents in all states and handles compliance filings with the appropriate authorities. Beth also has extensive experience with Missouri non-judicial foreclosures and has worked in the area of creditor and debtor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, where she assisted with motions, notices, claims and related research.

Beth’s strong organizational skills coupled with her years of experience help her excel at managing large projects. She is persistent in her follow up, enabling her to stay on top of all aspects of a project.
