As co-chair of Thompson Coburn's real estate group, Gayle advises clients in the areas of commercial real estate acquisition and development, as well as real estate and commercial finance.  She represents real estate developers and financial institutions, including both bank and non-bank institutional lenders and corporate clients in a variety of complex real estate transactions throughout the United States.  Frequently, these transactions involve financing arrangements such as low income housing tax credits, tax increment financing, brownfield tax credits, new market tax credits and historic tax credits.

As co-chair of the Firm's Cannabis industry group, Gayle helps lead a talented interdisciplinary team providing a wide range of legal services to clients. In her cannabis work, Gayle provides counsel on a myriad of real estate issues faced by clients in this unique and disruptive industry. An early adopter and thought-leader on the issue of legalized medical marijuana in Missouri, Gayle's cannabis clients turn to her for sophisticated legal advice.
