Jack combines his policy and communications experience to help clients meet their legislative and regulatory goals.
Whether your organization is seeking a federal appropriation for a new project or needs a major change to federal policies, Jack has extensive experience working with clients to identify opportunities, craft messaging, and effectively lobby policymakers. He represents clients across multiple policy areas, from energy and climate change to telecommunications and municipal government.
His clients benefit from his understanding of organizational and business models and his experience turning market differentiators into pivotal advantages to more effectively engage Congress and the administration. Jack served as an elected official for more than a decade, and brings his experience as a local policymaker to bear to achieve his clients' local, national, and global policy needs.
He most recently worked at a global law and policy firm, where he assisted national and international clients in raising issues before federal agencies and Congress and sought comprehensive solutions to his clients' problems. Prior to that, he lobbied on behalf of one of the premier federal lobbying firms in Washington.
Jack's career includes service on the D.C. State Board of Education, including as President and Vice President. He has also had the opportunity to work at regional and global public affairs firms, and at a boutique energy lobbying firm. He is currently a board member at DC Vote.
