Jecoliah Williams represents primarily cooperative and municipal utilities in her energy practice. She handles Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and appellate proceedings regarding organized wholesale markets for energy and capacity, transmission formula rates, transmission planning and cost allocation, and related transactions and proceedings involving natural gas pipeline rates and services.

In addition, she is active in policy development matters arising from the Western markets, including the California Independent System Operator region. Jecoliah also advises and advocates for clients in matters relating to compliance with federally mandated electric reliability standards and other aspects of the Federal Power Act and the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Jecoliah gained experience in legal and environmental science roles, contributing to regulatory and enforcement actions related to energy sector compliance with market, environmental, and cybersecurity regulations.
