Jesse Doggendorf represents clients through sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, equity financing transactions, and securities offerings. He also provides support on corporate governance and general business matters.

Jesse handles all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including the acquisition and sale of stock and assets. In addition to his corporate practice, Jesse is a member of the firm’s sweepstakes law group. He advises on regulatory issues and proceedings related to sweepstakes, gaming, and other corporate promotions, drafting official rules for these activities.

I work with multiple LGBTQIA+ nonprofit organizations and serve on the board of directors of Pride St. Louis, Inc., which produces one of the region’s largest pride festivals. I enjoy reading history-focused nonfiction books (and am a big fan of the writing of David McCullough) and trying new restaurants with my partner in both St. Louis and D.C.
