Jocelin represents clients in a variety of matters including commercial disputes, real estate, and product liability.
Jocelin helps clients in a broad range of industries manage civil disputes including breach of contract, real estate, construction defect, employment, product liability, and a variety of other different types of commercial litigation. She performs legal research, drafts, and reviews pleadings, assists with client communications, and helps to develop and execute strategy at all stages of litigation. She has also represented a Fortune 500 power management company and a global supplier of mineral and chemical products in mass tort litigation across the United States, particularly in Illinois.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn LLP, Jocelin worked at a litigation boutique in Dallas specializing in commercial litigation. While in law school, Jocelin was the Administrative Editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights. She was also the Membership Director for the Board of Advocates. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Jocelin was a member of The University of Tampa's Moot Court team, where she and her partner placed 8th representing her university at a regional tournament, earning them a spot in the 2017 National Tournament for the American Moot Court Association.
Jocelin is fluent in Spanish and intermediate in Portuguese.
In her free time, Jocelin enjoys lifting weights at the gym and exploring trails around Dallas with her Australian Shepherd, Scout.
