John Huddleston supports clients with corporate and securities matters, providing guidance on corporate governance, SEC filings and transactional matters including documentation for mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence. Additionally, John researches corporate and transactional legal issues on time-sensitive matters.

John is licensed as a CPA in Missouri. Before law school, he worked for a large international accounting firm, where he developed extensive corporate experience designing and performing audits of financial statements and internal control over financial reporting. John leverages his business and accounting experience in delivering legal solutions and advice.

While in law school John completed internships for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission and Anheuser-Busch InBev.

I enjoy staying active, including playing on recreational soccer and sand volleyball teams. I also like to hike, with national parks in Colorado and Utah being some of my favorites. When I’m not pursuing some kind of physical activity, I enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family.
