Katherine Murchison manages complex commercial and fiduciary litigation nationwide. Her role encompasses developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, and handling motion practice.

Katherine is responsible for preparing pleadings, supporting case management, and assisting trial teams throughout all phases of litigation. She has extensive experience supporting financial institutions, municipalities, and corporate entities in resolving contract, regulatory, and fiduciary disputes.

Katherine interned for the Hon. Judge Raymond Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.

In the summer of 2020, Katherine co-founded Power 2 the Polls, a grassroots voter engagement organization that registered over 300 voters across Missouri, Illinois, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. She is also the author of The Afterdeath, a 100-page book, and was the South Carolina State Champion in the Poetry Out Loud National Recitation Contest.
