Kevin McGinley is a litigation partner focusing in the areas of asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, products liability, and railroad litigation.
Kevin has defended lawsuits in numerous state and federal courts; his current focus is the defense of asbestos lawsuits across the Midwest. Kevin works efficiently and expeditiously to obtain significantly beneficial litigation results for his clients, including no-pay dismissals and low settlements in some of the most plaintiff-friendly venues in the nation. In every litigation matter, exceptional client service is Kevin’s top priority.
Kevin graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in finance and political science, and he draws on his business education to develop cost-effective legal strategies for his clients, including the development of a national discovery database that created uniformity while eliminating redundancies and lowering litigation costs for the client.
Before joining the firm, Kevin was a judicial clerk for Judge Patricia L. Cohen in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
