Kevin provides strategic legal counsel to health care clients on a broad spectrum of matters.
Kevin advises on complex health care regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters related to state licensing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and physician disclosure requirements. Kevin assists clients by negotiating managed care, vendor, and business associate agreements for insurers, third party administrators, and providers.
Well-versed in compliance issues facing health systems, Kevin assists with matters related to government payor compliance, provider contracting, and internal policies and procedures. He further supports clients by performing due diligence reviews for health care mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
