Lindsay Gilmore handles general commercial litigation matters, focusing on railroad litigation, product liability, and toxic torts.

Lindsay represents manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in state and federal courts. She performs legal research, drafts pleadings, and helps to develop and execute strategy at all stages of litigation. Lindsay also develops and argues pretrial motions, manages discovery, and defends party depositions, all while prioritizing and protecting her clients’ business objectives.

In law school, Lindsay was a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic, served as a judicial Extern for the Honorable John M. Bodenhausen, and completed an externship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Lindsay worked as a litigation associate at a boutique law firm, where she represented municipal clients in civil cases. She helped obtain temporary restraining orders and permanent injunctions for violations of city codes, litigated tax disputes, and defended cities and city officials in lawsuits over zoning decisions.

Some of my favorite things to do include camping, boating, hiking, and traveling with my family. I love to take the boat to Norfork Lake in Arkansas, and my favorite hiking trip was to Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State (though Yosemite National Park comes in as a close second favorite!).
