Michelle Hayek’s banking and commercial finance practice focuses on assisting financial institutions with secured lending transactions.

Michelle is a skilled and organized researcher and problem-solver and applies those assets to her work on behalf of large national and regional banks.

While in law school, Michelle contributed to the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. She was honored with the Lisle Scholarship and achieved notable success as a semi-finalist and Best Client at the 2022 CPR International Mediation Competition. She also served as a summer associate at Thompson Coburn.
