Mike Diak assists as a paralegal in all aspects of civil litigation.
He primarily works in the area of railroad litigation but also has extensive experience in appellate, class action, consumer products, intellectual property, product liability, tobacco, and asbestos litigation.
Outside of work, I enjoy helping my wife raise our children. Whether it’s school activities, sports or art, my kids keep me very busy. When I have downtime, I enjoy following my favorite soccer teams, St. Louis City SC and the USA Men’s National Team.
