Raquel Boton focuses her practice on corporate and regulatory matters in the health care sector, offering a tailored and efficient approach to transactions. By integrating her transactional experience with an understanding of the health care regulatory environment, Raquel provides personalized solutions for her clients.
Her client base includes health systems, hospitals, physician groups, health plans, digital health companies, startups, and supply chain companies. Raquel also extends her support to clients outside the health care industry, handling M&A transactions across a range of industries and other general corporate matters.
During law school, Raquel gained valuable experience by externing with the General Counsel’s office at the American Dental Association and participating in her school’s Veterans Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to veterans in the Chicago area.
