Ron Haglof focuses his practice on mergers, acquisition and reorganizations, Clayton Act compliance and issues related to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. He has represented various parties with an interest in a distressed business, including debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and investors, and has assisted those parties in the successful completion of sales, reorganizations and workouts.

Ron also counsels closely held corporations in connection with their formation, financing and planning issues, and has experience in a broad range of corporate law topics, including commercial finance, real estate, and trademark and copyright issues.
