Sarah advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance and general business counseling.
Sarah focuses her practice on advising clients in a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, ranging from entity formation and commercial contract review to complex M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side.
In addition, Sarah represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and hybrid funds.
Sarah also counsels public company clients with respect to SEC reporting matters, governance trends and exchange listing requirements.
