Steve Grable represents financial institutions, corporate entities, fiduciaries, creditor groups, and individuals in a varied nationwide practice, including deep experience in the following:

  • Financial services litigation: Advising lenders and borrowers on commercial loan workouts and defaults, with expertise in factoring and ABL facilities.
  • Fiduciary litigation: Representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in a variety of disputes concerning issues of administration, investment, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
  • Commercial litigation: Handling breach of contract claims and related business torts for businesses, officers, and directors.
  • Bankruptcy litigation: Representing secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and related litigation.

Steve handles every phase of litigation, from pre-action case investigations and assessments, through jury and bench trials, and appeals.
