Steven is an associate in the Firm's Banking and Commercial Finance group.
Steve represents banks, other financial institutions, lessors and borrowers in connection with syndicated and single lender secured and unsecured financing transactions, as well as asset-backed financing transactions.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Steve served as a bankruptcy court law clerk in the Southern District of New York, Northern District of Illinois, and District of Delaware, and worked in the financial restructuring and insolvency groups of international law firms. Also before joining the firm, he worked in the finance group of a California law firm.
