She assists with managing environmental risks and liabilities under state and federal environmental laws, including communicating with regulators on issues related to federal environmental laws and state law equivalents.
Suzanne supports clients in all phases of the litigation process, including document review, deposition preparation, expert witness strategy, and post-trial briefings. She also assists with environmental diligence matters in corporate transactions.
In law school, Suzanne was a student attorney for the Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic at The George Washington University Law School.
