Taylor understands the regulatory and compliance issues affecting health care providers, including federal and state laws related to licensing and accreditation, data and information privacy, scope of practice, telemedicine, fraud and abuse, human subjects research, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
