Returning to Work During COVID-19: Employment and Privacy Law Considerations

Webinar

Returning to work during the COVID-19 pandemic presents unprecedented workplace challenges. As organizations return their workforce to the office, it is important to have the right strategy and plans in place to protect employees’ privacy and ensure a healthy and safe workplace.

In this webinar, we will review workplace safety requirements and best practices when returning employees to the office during the pandemic. We will discuss whether employers can and should mandate the COVID-19 vaccine, along with legal implications with mandatory vs. voluntary vaccine policies. We will also address how employers should handle situations where employees refuse to return to the office and how rapidly-changing legal requirements may impact the situation.
