This presentation will focus on recent developments in labor law under the current National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The presenters will review a broad range of issues that employers need to consider in 2024, including disciplining employees for misconduct in the course of protected activity, workplace rules, employer obligations for union elections, the scope of “concerted activity” under the Act, and the proposed joint-employer rules.
