Hap represents developers, lenders and businesses in real estate matters and transactions across the country. He has a special focus in the areas of multi-family housing, restaurant and retail, industrial and mining, health care and agriculture.
Hap helps clients structure and negotiate real estate transactions of all sizes, working closely with clients to resolve issues and to close deals efficiently. Hap leads an experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals who are responsive, efficient, and skilled in solving problems and keep costs to a minimum. He has access to firm lawyers in the tax, environmental, zoning and other areas to address those issues.
As a member of Thompson Coburn's Sweepstakes Law group, Hap assists clients on regulatory issues and proceedings related to sweepstakes, gaming and other corporate promotions.
Represented lenders in $20 million-plus construction and renovation projects for senior living facilities.
Represents lenders in hotel and hospitality construction loans, retail center construction loans and workouts, industrial facilities.
