Matt is a litigator focusing on business, banking and financial services matters.
Matt represents banks and financial services organizations, obtaining favorable results in the defense of federal statutory claims (including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, RESPA, TILA, and related statutes) and state law claims on summary judgment, at trial, and through appeal.
In addition to his banking and financial services practice, Matt also represents clients in class actions and complex business litigation matters. He represents clients in a range of matters such as products liability, deceptive trade practices or consumer fraud, malpractice, and insurance defense.
