Vicky is a versatile commercial finance attorney who represents banks, investors, and borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions and investments.
Vicky's clients include banks, finance companies, leasing companies, venture capital investors, insurance companies and borrowers. She has extensive experience in transactions involving acquisition loans, equipment loans, revolving credit facilities, letter of credit and other credit enhancement arrangements, margin loans, derivative contracts, forward purchases, portfolio acquisitions, receivable purchase facilities, mezzanine financing, leases of mining equipment, rolling stock, aircraft, computers and other equipment, the sale and participation of loans, workouts, recapitalizations, joint ventures, warrants and other contingent compensation agreements and credit arrangements of all types for private banking clients.
Vicky has represented lead banks in connection with large syndicated credit facilities as well as domestic and foreign banks that participate in such syndicated facilities.
In addition, she has substantial experience with sports franchise financing, representing lenders, managing and participating in financings for numerous professional and minor league sports teams as well as all of the major leagues.
Vicky also represents developers and lenders in connection with financing and credit support arrangements for public private partnership development projects.
