This presentation, moderated by Aaron Lacey, will provide an overview of the Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. (SFFA) v. President and Fellows of Harvard and SFFA v. University of North Carolina Supreme Court decision. By discussing the history of Affirmative Action throughout the United States and the implications of the ruling, we will provide insight into affirmative action considerations for institutions of higher education.
