To the uninitiated, sweepstakes and contest law can be a bit puzzling.
My goal with the Sweepstakes Law Blog has always been to cut through those ambiguities and provide meaningful information about an area of law that affects innumerable companies, nonprofits, and marketing and advertising organizations. On that front, and with a number of our most popular features — including posts on vote farming, Facebook, and Canadian and Australian promotions — I hope I’ve succeeded.
But that doesn’t mean I’m above trying to stump some of my loyal readers. Try your hand at our first Sweepstakes Law Blog Crossword Puzzle. Some of the puzzle clues contain links to blog posts that offer hints. Good luck and happy puzzling!
