Dominic adapts legal strategies to the unique challenges of each case, combined with his deep understanding of various legal jurisdictions, makes him a valuable asset to his clients. Dominic handles business litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, and antitrust cases.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Dominic attended college at the University of Notre Dame, received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit for the Honorable James B. Loken.
